Autogas and Ford in the Netherlands

Ford launched four models running on autogas in the Netherlands this year: Mondeo, Focus, C-Max and Fiesta. This is a positive signal to the autogas market in the Netherlands and represents a significant increase in interest from car manufacturers in the Dutch market.
BP and Ford are working closely together to create a joint offer to raise awareness and create additional demand for autogas cars. The project is key to reinforcing the benefits to all autogas drivers.
With each purchase of one of these new Ford autogas models in 2010, an exclusive BP LPG Driver Pack is provided to the driver. The Driver Pack contains the following items:
- BP Plus fuel card with €100 credit valid for autogas at BP sites in the Netherlands
- A BP Freebees reward card pre-loaded with 100 Freebees points
- Information about the BP Freebees reward programme
- Map of the Netherlands highlighting all BP sites with autogas

The offer will run throughout 2010, with details of the promotion included in Ford's quarterly magazine mailed to 3 million homes across the Netherlands in Q1, Q2 and Q3 2010. Download the Ford magazine here.
Also included in the promotion are 2 TV car programmes sponsored by Ford, which will be supported by ‘point of sale’ material in all showrooms of Ford dealers from July.
The offer is being promoted at BP retail sites across the Netherlands.
