Green Cars at the Paris Motor Show (4-19 October 2008) 
Le Figaro declared the Paris Motor Show the biggest in the world– and it’s impressive, packing 7 halls at the Paris Expo Centre, Porte de Versailles!
Every second year, the Paris Motor Show demonstrates the ingenuity within the automotive industry from creative concept cars to practical and fun production cars.The focus this year is on eco cars, efficiency and the environment.
Chevrolet, the third biggest brand in the world, showcased its LP Gas-powered Matiz and Aveo – the combustion of LP Gas does not produce any particles and significantly reduces CO2 emissions, responsible for the greenhouse effect.
Chevrolet also allowed visitors use its filling station, an eye-opener for those visitors used to filling up with traditional fuels.
