World LP Gas Association at the Southeastern Show

The Southeastern Show, the annual US convention and international exhibition was a very successful event that gathered together participants from across the United States and Latin America as well as people from all over the world.
The World LP Gas Association was invited to organize two international education sessions so that attendees could share best practices and experiences with each other on an international level.
The first session on Saturday from 1:30PM to 3PM chaired by Larry Osgood, President, Consulting Solutions LLC entitled “Global Trends within the Propane Industry” featured presentations from
- Andrew Ford, Group Public Affairs Manager, SHV Gas entitled “Repositioning of LPG”
- David Tyler, Director Technology and Business Practices, WLPGA entitled “Global Autogas Market Developments”
- Julio Cesar Nogueira, Administrative Director, ULTRAGAZ entitled “Challenges for the Brazilian LP Gas Domestic Cylinder Market”
- Morten Balle, Director, Ragasco entitled “Innovation in LPG Cylinder Technology”
The second session was on Sunday morning from 8.30AM – 10AM chaired by Phil Squair, Senior Vice President, Public and Governmental Affairs, NPGA entitled “Innovation for Growth” featured presentations from
- Bob Myers, LP Gas industry consultant entitled “LPG Nautical Applications”
- Mitsuaki Takizawa, Manager, Sekiyu-Kagaku-Shinbun-Sya entitled “GHP (Gas engine Heat Pump) and micro-cogeneration”
- Neasa Ni Liathain, Communications & Marketing Manager, WLPGA entitled “LP Gas: An Exceptional Energy Source”
