WLPGA and AEGPL Enhance Synergies

The European LP Gas Association’s (AEGPL) General Assembly and the World LP Gas Association’s (WLPGA) Industry council have agreed to enhance synergies between the two organizations for a two-year trial period beginning 2009. Both organizations will remain two separate entities and will continue to operate independently from one another. A framework for cooperation will be agreed and put in place over the first quarter 2009 and will include shared resources in technical areas and greater coordination of the annual congresses.
“The strategic agreement between the World LP Gas Association and the AEGPL will ensure that industry resources in Europe are optimized”, said James Rockall, Managing Director, WLPGA. This will allow the European LP Gas Association to focus on key industry priorities in Europe while reinforcing the exchange of knowledge to all WLPGA members and networks”
